Overall Very Fine, but weakly struck in some portions as always. There are a few tiny obverse rim nicks and a partial clip at 3:00.

Similar to Low 92. The obverse is the same and the reverse is similar except that the date is surrounded by a circle of 16 stars instead of a wreath. This is another token that is difficult to grade because it often appears very weakly struck.
